Order number: SDSO397916We received our sofa 10 days ago and were unhappy with the quality of the product. Having spent a large amount of money, we had presumed the product would be finished to an exceptional standard - however the back of the sofa is out of line (two pieces have been attached that are not the same angle), the finishing stitches are different on either side of the join, and there appears to be pieces of stuffing sticking out of one of the seams. Disappointed is a serious understatement.Having been away from home, we emailed Loaf 2 days after it was delivered asking them to send someone to review the quality. We have since emailed 3 times to no avail. Having first raised a complaint, with no response, we have now requested a return - which has as yet gone unanswered. I very rarely post on sites like this, however - having seen that this appears to be the only way to get a response, I have been left with no alternative.

I was so excited to order from Loaf after coveting their products online for so long. I ordered a seat cushion that folds out into a single mattress for my daughters room. A couple of days after I placed the order I received an email saying they were holding funds until my bank provided an authorisation code. Irritating, but I understood that security measures need to be in place. I called my bank who said Loaf were not holding funds but had taken them so no authorisation number was generated. I went back and forth with Loaf over email and telephone and despite my bank confirming that because they had taken our money there was no authorisation number, Loaf refused to send me the item I had paid for. I have now requested a refund as I can’t keep going back and forth.I so badly want this item for my daughter and there was another bed in a box type thing I had my eye on but honestly this service was so shocking that I am incredibly reluctant to try again. I am currently looking at other sites for alternatives.Such a shame.

Delighted with the comfort and quality of the sofa..thanks. Also everyone involved from initial enquires to ordering and delivery were really helpful ?

after placing order confirmation email did not arrive but after contacting customer services the issue was promptly resolved

Very pleased with the large Bumster sofa that I received. Had to wait quite a while for it to be delivered, but well worth the wait. Very comfortable, it’s very deep - which is what I needed as I’m quite tall. Good looking sofa. Good shopping experience and delivery.

My ‘outta sight desk’ arrived earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise. It wasn’t due back in stock until March. The desk was easy to put together, the wood is really nice, it’s a lovely design and just the right size for our small space. Very happy ?

The light fitting / shade is great - quality and style is everything I've come to expect from a long time Loaf shopper. Perhaps this is a little overpriced but I got a little £ off in the sale and the quality is great and the fact that its made in the UK even better. Website could show proportions / size relative to other room items a little better because the small is small.Only negative is delivery which could and should be to the same standard and style as the Loaf brand. A box containing the shade, no other packaging which is great but risky, especially when its literally dumped, almost thrown, on the doorstep is a little naff :/

SONIA MOHLA Hopefully Loaf will keep hold of her as she understands customer service and exceeding expectations. It’s very easy to talk a good game in service but there is one thing actually understanding and executing it .Right principles , right work ethics , right approach .

Such a shame that the quality of their beds aren't very good. We bought a bed from Loaf about 4 years ago for around £900+. Unfortunately this bed creaked so much we couldn't sleep in it and customer service only answer to us was that we had to tighten the screws like once a month to avoid this happening... obviously we were not happy and I eventually after them not fixing the problem wrote a review on here and finally they helped me out and we got a replacement bed.Unfortunately our replacement bed (a completely different model) started creaking and squeaking too about a year ago and the bed is about 3,5 years old (in my opinion an expensive good quality bed should last longer than that) but i couldn't be bothered to go through the whole process of complaining again after it being such an effort the first time. However I just discovered why the bed is making this noise.... I just recently pulled out one of the draws (that I have never removed before) and the wood above the draw ( if i stick my arm in and feel above the draw there is a very thin cardboard like wood that holds the mattress up) has caved in. So it's basically just given way because it's too thin. But i hadn't noticed this from above before because this wood is covered in a non removable material and obviously the mattress is sat on top of it.So I'm very disappointed as i would definitely expect a good quality bed to last longer than 3,5 years. So we will have to buy a new bed soon because this one won't support the mattress for much longer. And it definitely won't be from Loaf.....I would not recommend Loafs beds to anyone. So someone from Loaf (as you can see below) responded to this review on the 21st of January, this was 11 days ago and still no one has been in touch. It's all for show, they dont actually contact you.

Two of the cushions do not fit properly in the case!

Our experience with Loaf has been so disappointing. They have an impeccable marketing team who create irresistible images but the reality is quite the contrary. Our loaf sofa is one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve experienced. I asked for their help to find a solution to make it bearable but they don’t want to know. If you want a sofa that you actually want to sit on and not be told to ‘fluff up’ every single day when it turns flat as pancake avoid at all costs. A very disillusioned ‘Loafer’ here.

Ordered samples but they took a long time to get to me. It will take a long time for the bed to arrive. There wasn't a lot of variety available in the house fabrics. The products are very expensive.
